When gardening i frequently take a moment and look up

I did pull over to take this photo

the message is that there is no better drive into work than getting a show of textured clouds visually expanding in a such short time.

the Great Plains is that great low horizon land that brings so much more blue to the eyes.

through this Great Sky so much on the ground is influenced.

with this in mind, I only post images that i have personally witness.
I heavily crop and filter the photo,  to better align the Great Skyscapes to better reflect my current mental disposition.

i am perfectly pleased with the image below. 

however

there are times when the game isn't completely over.

sometimes the end composition needs one more play, 

so by laying out a mirrored image i am able to entertain myself with one last change.

Nothing like a little texture in the sky to get the blood flowing.

yesterday we were fortunate enough to experience a full ceiling of mammatus.

A moment when a little front starts to come in.

When looking at a sky dotted with clouds here and there,

i was fortunate to find these two looking back at me.

March bringing warmer air

With some days of warmer weather has come greater texture in the sky.

even though i greatly enjoy winter, by february i am ready for textured skies and the green of growth.
